Winner of mall competition Saturday to win Elantra

PANAMA CITY — October shoppers at the Panama City Mall could be in for a big win Saturday when the mall and Bay Cars give away a 2017 Hyundai Elantra.During October, shoppers were offered registration forms to win the car.
