VITA tax return assistance starts next week

PANAMA CITY — United Way of Northwest Florida will open a local Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) site next week.VITA is an IRS-sanctioned program that trains volunteers to prepare simple tax returns for individuals and families with low to moderate income.
