TDC seeks to trim sports park price

TDC members plan to work with consultant SFM Sports Facilities Management to find a lower price. The Bay County Commission then will decide June 20 whether to sign off on the plan to negotiate with Phoenix Construction, owned by Lynn Haven resident James Finch.
