Royal American purchases Bream Pond subdivision

BAY COUNTY — Royal American Development has purchased just over 100 acres of land in northern Bay County for development.The Bream Pond subdivision contains about 105 acres of fully platted and permitted land, including 43 residential lots and Bream Pond, a 30-acre spring-fed pond.
