Patsy’s Oyster Bar to have grand opening Thursday

PANAMA CITY — Patsy’s Oyster Bar in downtown Panama City will celebrate its grand opening Thursday.During the celebration, starting at 4 p.m. at 448 Harrison Ave., Patsy’s will offer free wine and vodka tastings, along with heavy hors d’ouevres featuring such menu staples as gumbo and oysters.
