Lucky Puppy opens New York location

Two volunteers in New York have started a Lucky Puppy satellite facility, where the dogs can be shipped to find “furever” homes as part of the “Go North” program. The new-foster based program is certified by the Department of Agriculture and has placed 12 dogs in its first month.
