Grayton unveils fall seasonal brew CentenniALE

SANTA ROSA BEACH — Walton County brewer Grayton Beer Company has unveiled its fall season brew, CentenniALE.The company in August received 1,000 pounds of freshly harvested Centennial hops — also known as “wet hops” — from Hop Head Farms, in Hickory Corners, Mich.
