Florida jobless rate falls

TALLAHASSEE — Florida’s unemployment rate fell to 4.1 percent in June, down 0.2 percentage points from the previous month and representing 419,000 people out of work from the state’s labor force of 10.14 million.Estimates from the state Department of Economic Opportunity show the number of people working in Florida grew by 7,000 from May to June, while the jobless ranks dropped by 17,000.
