Finch returns to State Attorney’s Office

PANAMA CITY — Barbara Finch on Wednesday rejoined the State Attorney’s Office as an assistant state attorney in the Washington County office.Finch is a career prosecutor, having previously worked as an assistant state attorney in State Attorney Glenn Hess’ office for 30 years.
