Cruizin’ brings ‘CHiPs’ to the party

PANAMA CITY BEACH — Emerald Coast Cruizin’ returns for its fall rally next week, and this time it brought the party CHiPs.Or, at least, it’s bringing a former star of the TV series “CHiPs,” Eric Estrada.
