Checking schools before tournaments

For the last three weeks, every time I tried to take the boat out or go fishing, the wind was blowing 20-30 mph. Anybody familiar with boating knows that makes for a miserable day, whether inshore or offshore.Offshore, it causes the sea to be rough, at least 3 or better on the wave heights.
