Airport: Phone lines, internet down; arrive early

WEST BAY — An accident at the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport has caused a phone line and internet black out, officials confirmed Tuesday night.Airport officials said the outage would not pose a safety risk, and flights still are taking off and landing.
