23rd Street set for night-time closures Jan. 16-17

PANAMA CITY — Drivers will encounter intermittent road closures on 23rd Street near U.S. 98 from midnight to 5 a.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, Jan. 16-17.The closures are necessary for the placement of overhead steel tub girders associated with the 23rd Street flyover project.
