Spay-ghetti a howling success

PANAMA CITY BEACH — The annual Spay-ghetti Luncheon on Feb. 24 at The Barn at Wicked Wheel raised $30,000 for Lucky Puppy Rescue. The fundraiser included lunch followed by a silent auction and raffle prizes, and guests also brought an item from the rescue’s wish list.
